Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using mlsndr, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

mlsndr provides email delivery via SMTP and/or Microsoft 365 (Graph), with related features such as domain/sender management, logging, and status tracking.

3. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for your credentials and activity on your account.
• You may only add senders/domains you have the right to use.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam

• No unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, or unlawful content.
• You must comply with applicable laws (e.g., ePrivacy, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, national marketing laws).
• We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or security risk.

5. Domains, Senders, and Microsoft 365

• You must verify domains and/or grant Microsoft 365 admin consent before sending.
• You must not send as domains/addresses you do not control.

6. Service Changes & Availability

We may improve or change the service over time. Reasonable planned maintenance may occur.

7. Fees & Payment

Pricing and payment terms are set out in a separate agreement/order. Non-payment may result in suspension.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We act as processor for email content/metadata you instruct us to process. See our Privacy Policy. A separate data processing agreement (DPA) may be executed where required.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, software, and documentation are owned by B-WEB ApS or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to you.

10. Termination

You may terminate with notice per your agreement. We may terminate or suspend for material breach or abuse.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or delivery to all recipients, as third-party filters and recipient systems affect delivery.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be brought before the Danish courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email.
